Goings on!

Notecard from Grace:

Some of you will not like this, and as a warning it's the role you pick when choosing human. We are not slaves but we are oppressed people. From now on there will be almost no defense of each other in a fighting manor. You may beg for your life or our families life but you will not in any way threaten with a weapon any vampire, only time I want to see anyone holding a weapon is after they have been hit and are running away and finally backed into a corner. Only then if you win you will LEAVE the vampire and run and hide, we are not fighters not hunters nothing, we must view this world as those forced into oppression if you need more research it is all over history.  We are victims we are physically weaker and more so because of hunger, life style and strain of every day life knowing it may be our last or a vampire will harm us. They are the court the law, and we drop our heads, Feisty is one thing but remember you wouldn't back talk a guy with a gun to your head. RP always as if that is the case they have the gun and you have nothing. This will be a hard role I know allot are use to being snuggled by some vampires, well in truth those are doing it wrong, but we have a chance to actually play our roles right, we don't demand anything only be thankful we have something, our dancing our singing just like any oppressed people will be kept in the shadows by candle light in our tavern and homes . Risking that a vampire may not be pleased and decide to burn down our fun to remind us we are not them, that they can take everything away from us.

I do not want to see anyone dressed up nicely, even the image of Borgs that was given is the look of aristocrats, pale faced in fear, worried looked with the bottom of there lovely dresses dirty and ripped.

Good Luck everyone!

We do not like this, but in fact it is our reality. Some of us train well, and at times could easily take down a lone vampire. Perhaps they chase one of us to the isolated docks not realizing a family member waits? Oh, it would go badly for the vampire.

But the risk of being recognized, and the ensuing retaliation makes this a fruitless pursuit, and at best a Cadmean victory. Still, they must know our sting will nick them should they press too hard, and when they are ready for a doormat they can go to the Borghesia.
